Shipping Policy
We offer fast and reliable shipping from our U.S. warehouse, with free delivery options available.
All orders placed before 11:00 AM EST are shipped the same business day from our facility in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST on Friday, or at any time on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed and dispatched the following Monday.

Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on the selected shipping method and destination.

Domestic Shipping Options
You can choose from the following shipping options:
- UPS Ground - FREE: Delivery within 2-5 business days.
- USPS PO Box - FREE: Delivery within 2-7 business days. This option is available only for PO Box addresses.
- UPS Signature Required - $14.99: Delivery within 2-5 business days. A signature is required upon receipt for added security.

Secure Delivery Recommendations
If you are concerned that your package could be stolen after being delivered to your door, please choose delivery to a PO Box or select the UPS Signature Required option. This helps ensure that your package is delivered securely.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are eligible for free USPS shipping only. UPS delivery options are not available for these destinations.

Tracking and Delivery Information
All shipments are geo-tracked, so it is essential to provide accurate shipping details and select a secure delivery location.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Stock Availability and Pricing
All orders are subject to stock availability.
Prices may change without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already received a shipping confirmation number.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If your order is canceled, you will be notified by email and receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at cc@drpen.net.
Please include photographs clearly showing the damage so that we can submit a claim to the shipping carrier. You must also retain all original packaging, as the carrier may require it during the claims process.
Following these steps is necessary to help ensure that the carrier accepts liability and to prevent delays or disputes during the claim review.
