**What is our return policy?**

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days to return it undamaged for a refund. Please note that this policy applies only to purchases made directly on www.drpen.net. For products purchased elsewhere, kindly contact the respective retailer.

**How do I initiate a return?**

Returns are accepted within 60 days of the purchase date. Please reach out to our Customer Care Team via email at cc@drpen.net.

**How long is the warranty?**

In addition to our 60-day money-back guarantee, we offer a one-year warranty from the date of your product purchase.

**What does our limited warranty cover?**

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. We will replace products that prove to be defective at no charge.

**Change of Mind Policy**

If you simply change your mind, you have 60 days to return your purchase for a full refund, provided the product is unused, sealed and in resalable condition.

If a return is authorized but does not meet the return policy criteria (e.g., the product has been used, opened, or unsealed), a 20% restocking fee will be charged. To initiate a return or replacement request, you must provide a photo or video demonstrating the condition of the product you intend to return or the issue you are encountering with your product.
